The payment of the application fee of R2870. If the application fee was deposited into the VFS bank account or mission, an original bank deposit receipt, if the application fee was paid by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), a receipt for each applicant.
An original valid passport for each applicant and a passport-size photograph for all applicants one year or older. A recent, passport-style, full-length photograph with the applicant’s name on the back. (Machine or instant photos are not acceptable).
A general temporary resident work visa valid at the time of application for each applicant, if the application is filed in the Republic.
Marriage certificate or proof of relationship with respect to a spouse accompanying or joining the applicant in the Republic (Islamic marriages contracted within the Republic will not be considered).
Divorce decree proving the dissolution of a marriage if one party was a spouse in the previous marriage, or the death certificate of the deceased spouse.
